AYAN will be undertaking several research activities to determine an appropriate model for young people aged 18-26. This project will the analysis of several existing mentoring programs both within and external to the organisation. We will also be seeking the input of the young people of the St John help us shape what a potential mentoring program may look like.
Goals:
- To make a recommendation to the national board for an appropriate framework for a national youth mentoring program.
- To trial the framework determined by our research
